End Grain Cutting Board (Butcher Block)

The end all be all, most coveted of any kitchen no-nonsense cutting board. This no-nonsense product is a specialty of Carousel City Woodworks, and with proper care and feeding will be your favorite kitchen addition for many, many years.

This is the only type of cutting board to feature the end-grain of wood, hence the name. Butchers prefer this style, and you should, too. Your knives’ sharp edge will, as end-grain tends to protect the blades edge from even the hardest of cleaver blows.
